Why DataGen for Her?

DataGen for Her is more than just a program; it is a movement. Created by women for women, it provides a safe and empowering environment to learn, grow, and connect. DataGen for Her aims to change this narrative. By combining technical training, sisterhood, and wellness, the fellowship empowers women with the skills and confidence to succeed in an AI-driven world. Each woman makes a $350 donation to invest in herself, which not only secures her participation but also helps expand opportunities for other women to join.

The yearlong fellowship offers:

Connection through monthly brunches, evening socials, wellness walks, and signature celebrations like Galentine’s Day, Moms in Tech, and Hackathons.

Belonging through mentorship, storytelling, rituals, and empowerment tickets that encourage others to join the circle.

Growth through certifications in data and AI, practical learning with tools like ChatGPT and Canva, and the confidence to lead in work, family, and community.

Wellness with a one-year gym membership, accountability meetups, and shared health experiences.

Accessibility with two monthly online events, ensuring women stay connected regardless of their location.
